Taiz: OPI holds a training in monitoring corruption
Yemen Organization for promoting Integrity (OPI) concluded a training course in monitoring and documenting cases of corruption for 30 woman in Taiz city lasted four days.
The course is part of a series of trainings targeting women decision-makers from Taiz and Hodeidah acting in the political parties, civil society organizations, media and private sector initiative implemented by OPI in partnership with the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) under the project to support women's participation in political and economic decision in Yemen.
The session aimed to empower the women trainees to the skills of monitoring and documentation of corruption cases, prepare reports on corruption issues and fill and fill and submit reports and complaints about corruption to the concerned authorities and how to follow-up.
The trainees to work on making infield reports on corruption issues in their local community.
